Tracy shows a deep commitment to her clients and to ensuring that she keeps current with developing real estate trends, laws, and technology. She demonstrates her desire to support also and improve the real estate community. She is currently serving her fellow Realtors at both the state and local levels. Locally, she is the 2023 President of the Murray-Calloway County Board of Realtors, KYR delegate for the board in 2022 and 2023, and has served as a Director since 2018. Tracy was elected by her peers as the MCC Board of Realtors’ Co-Realtor of the Year in 2018. At the state level, Tracy completed the Leadership KYR program in 2022 and is currently on the KYR Safety Committee. Additionally, she has served on the Multiple Listing, the External Relations, and Membership Outreach committees for the local board. After the tornado devasted our neighboring Mayfield and Marshall County, Tracy served on the Realtors’ Tornado Relief Task Force, delivering both monetary relief and volunteer service to the areas that were hit so hard.
“Being born and raised in Calloway County provides me with an intimate knowledge of the area and a desire to make my home, your home,” Tracy adds. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Murray, an in-depth study of the infrastructure, demographics, government, schools, and services of Murray. She expands this local knowledge with a desire to continually educate herself in the real estate market. She has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation that places her in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide, and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. This dedication has earned her the honor of receiving the MCC Board of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence Award for 2017 through 2022. “Going through a down market in 2007 motivated me to work hard and gave me a drive to succeed. After all my years in this business, every day and every situation are different. It’s always a new experience, and I love being a part of my client’s real estate story,” Tracy notes.
Tracy is active in her community and with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors, gardening, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends. She has participated in raising funds for the Hospice House and St. Jude and is an active volunteer at Journey Church. She and her husband, Keith, an insurance adjuster, have four children and have just experienced the joy of being grandparents for the first time this spring.
